Horne Engineering on Winning Bechtel Team for Iraq Infrastructure II Contract
Horne Engineering Services, Inc. is pleased to acknowledge its teaming partnership with Bechtel National, Inc., which today was named by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) as the competitive winner of the Iraq Infrastructure II contract with an estimated value of $1.8 Billion.
That's funny...
Horne Engineering has been partnered with Bechtel National since 1998 under a U.S. Army contract to design, construct and operate the Aberdeen Chemical Agent Disposal Facility, which is presently destroying the World War II stockpile of mustard agent at Aberdeen Proving Ground in Maryland.
Nope. We do not feel safer yet.

We're surprised no one suggested invading Maryland.
