We were recently alerted that a contract for $281 million may have been awarded to Southeast Texas Industries, Inc. (website available at http://www.setxind.com/aboutus.html) for work on an electric power plant in Iraq. There was apparently an article in the Dow Jones Energy Wire on January 18, 2004.
