Here's an article from the Denver Post, CH2M Hill venture wins Iraq contract. Kind of odd. It sounds like they don't know what they will be doing.
A joint venture led by CH2M Hill Services this week won a contract potentially worth $1.5 billion for engineering work on military facilities in Iraq and African and Central Asian countries.

The Army has given little information regarding the nature of the work, but said the contracts would "support U.S. military operations, other U.S. government agencies, or friendly foreign governments under established agreements."
The article does not say who the other companies involved are.
