Fluor Adds Suzanne H. Woolsey to Board of Directors
Fluor Corporation today announced the election of Suzanne H. Woolsey to its board of directors, effective February 3. Woolsey recently served as the chief communications officer for the National Academies, the advisors to the nation on science, engineering and medicine.

"Sue's expertise in and passion for government policy, private industry and science will be important enhancements to our board," said Alan L. Boeckmann, Fluor's chairman and chief executive officer. "We are fortunate to have her join us as we begin 2004."
It also doesn't hurt that her husband, James Woolsey, sits on the Defense Policy Board Advisory Committee. Fluor Corporation is one the large American reconstruction contractors now operating in Iraq.
