MSA Secures $33 Million Army Contract

Mine Safety Appliances Company today announced it has secured a $33.8 million contract from the U.S. Army to produce 100,000 protective helmets that represent the next generation in military head protection.

The award marks the second significant military helmet contract for MSA over the past three months. In November, MSA received a $28 million contract to produce 80,000 helmets.
